SECTION 5- RETURN POLICY

You may return your order within 14 days upon delivery however you must contact our customer service prior. The shipping cost of the return will be the customer’s liability and Sheila Naturkozmetikum Kft. does not take responsibility should any damages occur during shipping due to negligent packaging. Also, please attach a delivery note to the package, where you tell us your reason of return.
